Paula Sevenich, wellness advocate with doTERRA, will be leading a Sunday forum on Essential Oils and the Bible on Sunday, January 19th at 10:30 am in the Fellowship Hall.
Essential oils have been used for over 5,000 years and there are over 500 references to this in the Bible. In Exodus 30:22, for example, we find a prescription the Lord gives Moses for sacred anointing oil using myrrh, fragrant cinnamon, fragrant cane, and cassis in olive oil. These oils and many others are still used today for sleep, anxiety, antibiotic and antimicrobial properties and pain, to name only a few.
