As part of our community outreach program, Salem Lutheran Church strives to provide emergency assistance to community members in our neighborhood area. Emergency assistance funds are solely dependent on donations made to the church. For this reason, we cannot always meet requests as they occur and can only offer limited, one-time assistance. If you are in need of help, please complete the Emergency Assistance Application below. We will contact you within 7 days of receipt of the application. Office hours are Tuesday-Friday from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm. Applications will be reviewed within office hours. If you are a member of Salem please speak directly with Pastor Aaron Holmgren.

Please complete the application below to request Emergency Assistance. Applications will be reviewed and you will receive a response within 7 days of receipt of the application If approved, Salem will provide one-time financial assistance and will mail out the payment directly to the agency you list below. Salem Lutheran Church will not distribute funds directly to any individual. Copies of outstanding invoices from the agency listed on the application will be required. Please do not send originals.
