As part of our community outreach program, Salem Lutheran Church strives to provide emergency assistance to community members in our neighborhood area (zip codes 55107 and 55118 only). Emergency assistance funds are solely dependent on donations made to the church. For this reason, we cannot always meet requests as they occur, cannot guarantee any specific dollar amount and can only offer one-time assistance per household. If you are in need of help, please complete the Emergency Assistance Application below. We will contact you with a decision regarding your application within 7 business days of receipt of the application. If you are a member of Salem please speak directly with Pastor Aaron Holmgren. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE APPLICATION
If you reside in either zip code 55107 or 55118, please complete the application below to request Emergency Assistance. Applications will be reviewed and you will receive a response within 7 business days of receipt of the application If approved, Salem will provide one-time financial assistance per household and will mail out the payment directly to the agency listed on the application and invoice copy. Salem Lutheran Church will not distribute funds directly to any individual. We do not provide gift card/gas cards and do not provide funds for application fees .
