My name is Debbie Lee and I am honored to take on the role of Parish Nurse for Salem. I live in West St. Paul with my son, James and partner, Thomas. I am an animal lover and have three dogs, one cat and two birds. I am currently working with District #197, here in West St. Paul as a Licensed School Nurse in Early Learning. I also work part-time as a Private Duty Nurse with clients who require 24 hour nursing care. Prior to this, I worked at Dakota County for five years as a Public Health Nurse serving people with disabilities that live in the community. My experience also includes three years of case management with seniors living in the community, as well as home care nursing and hospital care. My education includes an Associate of Arts degree in Occupational Therapy and Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I have worked in healthcare since the age of seventeen! I am an avid reader and a lifelong learner and am excited to take on this new role helping the people of Salem nourish the body, mind and spirit.
